This role involves customer interactions to assist with material selection and installation, training Technical Service Representatives, and fostering inter-departmental collaboration.

The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in the construction sector, with strong leadership and technical skills, including expertise in LATICRETE products.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable experience.
• Demonstrated success solving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to architects, contractors, and homeowners.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints diplomatically.
• Assist Supervisor to train Technical Services Representatives.

Skills

Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines

Leadership skills

Computer skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Fluency in second language

Education

Associates degree or equivalent work experience
