This role includes training of Technical Service Representatives and managing customer complaints to drive improvements in service.

With over 65 years in the industry, LATICRETE values integrity, teamwork, and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of construction methods, have at least 6 years of experience in the construction sector, and lead various projects within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical services to customers through multiple communication channels.
• Train and support Technical Services Representatives.
• Coordinate technical support requests and resolve customer complaints.
