Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical services to both internal and external customers.
• Train Technical Service Representatives and manage team workload.
• Coordinate incoming requests and technical support with sales and field representatives.

Knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines

Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
