Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 yrs. of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical services through various communication channels.
• Train Technical Service Representatives and manage workloads.
• Coordinate technical support requests and site visits.
