Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines, applications, construction practices, and materials.
• Demonstrated success solving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to architects, contractors, and engineers.
• Train Technical Services Representatives and balance workloads.
• Coordinate job site visits and ensure complaints are resolved.
