Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical services to internal and external customers.
• Train Technical Service Representatives and maintain workload balances.
• Coordinate job site visits and customer interactions.
