• Minimum of 6 years experience in construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to internal and external customers.
• Work on investigation and settlement of customer complaints.
• Assist Supervisor with analysis of Technical Services activities.
• Maintain strong interface with other departments.

Skills

Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Demonstrated success solving complex issues

Education

Associates degree or equivalent work experience
