Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of LATICRETE product lines, applications, construction practices, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services through phone calls, website chat, emails.
• Coordinate training with sales and technical representatives.
• Assist in customer complaint investigations and resolutions.
