Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Technical Service Supervisor based in Saint Petersburg, FL. This role involves supervising technical service representatives, managing operations, and providing expert guidance on building materials and installation procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support of building materials.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Management of technical service representatives including evaluations.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.

Skills

Supervisory and management skills

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Detailed knowledge of LATICRETE product line

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Fluency in 2nd language

Education

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
