Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking an experienced technical service supervisor to manage technical operations and support installation of building materials. Candidates should have at least 7 years in the construction industry and 3 years of technical support experience, with supervisory skills strongly preferred.

This role demands excellent communication, a solid understanding of LATICRETE products, and the capability to provide architectural support on site. The position requires occasional travel (25%).

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Review and prepare technical documents for material selection.
