Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Fluency in 2nd language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage technical service representatives and perform evaluations.
• Create new/revised technical data sheets and advisories.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.
• Review and prepare technical documents for projects.
• Investigate and settle customer service complaints.
• Coordinate job site assistance.
