The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, provide technical assistance to architects and contractors, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as knowledge of LATICRETE products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support of building material.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Coordinate job site assistance and customer service inquiries.
