Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking an experienced supervisor for their technical support team to oversee daily operations and provide expert guidance on material selection and installation procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years in the construction industry and 3 years in technical support, along with strong management skills and knowledge of LATICRETE products.

The role involves analysis of technical activities, managing service representatives, and liaising with architects and contractors. A degree or equivalent experience is essential along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors, and distributors.
• Conduct technical service department audits at satellite facilities.
