Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks an experienced supervisor for the technical service department to oversee daily operations and support the installation of building materials.

Qualified candidates will have at least 7 years in the construction industry and 3 years in technical product support. Responsibilities include managing technical service representatives and providing expertise to contractors and architects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of building materials.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage technical service representatives' attendance and performance.
• Provide technical service to architects and contractors.

Skills

Supervisory and management skills

Excellent interpersonal communication

Knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Detailed knowledge of LATICRETE product line

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Fluency in 2nd language

Education

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
