Job summary

LATICRETE International, located in Sterling Heights, Michigan, seeks a Technical Service Manager to supervise technical service representatives, ensuring adherence to high standards in construction material applications. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction methods and materials, and fluency in a second language is preferred. The position involves up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors and distributors.
• Coordinate incoming requests for technical service and training.

Skills

Supervisory and management skills

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Detailed knowledge of LATICRETE product line

Microsoft Office proficiency

Fluency in 2nd language
