Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a supervisor for its technical service department. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing service representatives, and assisting with technical inquiries for construction products. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the construction industry and strong interpersonal skills.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing technical documents, handling customer service issues, and conducting audits. A degree or equivalent experience is required. Travel for the position is about 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Physical strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Management of technical service representatives including attendance and performance evaluations.
• Provide technical Service to architects, contractors and distributors.

Skills
