KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom teams, model best practices, and deliver our curriculum with a nurturing approach for every child.

You will partner with families, support enrollment goals, and help maintain a safe, engaging learning environment across centers. The role requires CDA/NAEYC credentials, state trainer eligibility, and a passion for early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills for multitasking in a busy classroom.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in progress; state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain; ability to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and give feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child development and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, and external partners.
