The position requires active CDA credential or state qualifications, with opportunities for growth within our nationwide network and a commitment to exceptional early childhood education.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy in early childhood education.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership to reach enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
