Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a classroom, model best practices, and support program goals. You will implement the center's curriculum, create a nurturing space for children, and collaborate with families to foster development and learning.

You will also partner with center leadership to advance enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement while meeting state requirements and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Active CDA Credential or working toward NAEYC candidacy is required/preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state qualifications for Lead Teacher or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
