KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide classroom staff and deliver high-quality early childhood education. You will implement our curriculum, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and collaborate with families to support each child’s growth.

The role requires CDA credentials or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of ECE experience, and state qualifications. Strong English communication and willingness to obtain certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organization skills.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, engagement.
• Foster positive relationships with families and community partners.
