You will partner with families and center leadership to support enrollment and engagement, meet CDA/NAEYC qualifications, and maintain high standards of care. This role emphasizes teamwork and making a meaningful impact on young learners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and ability to multi-task.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child education and care.
• Support enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Collaborate with families, licensing authorities and partners.
