Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide a classroom, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will partner with parents, mentor teammates, and contribute to enrollment and accreditation goals while building relationships with families and community partners.

This role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate in English; CDA credential or state trainer approval is preferred.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
