KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and support a safe, nurturing classroom. You will lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers, implement our curriculum, and partner with families to ensure each child’s growth.

This role requires strong customer service, a CDA credential or NAECY candidacy, and the ability to engage with parents. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this opportunity within a nationwide network of centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or be NAECY candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by working with staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
