Qualifications

• Work Experience: Accepts new grads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surgeon-specific procedures; ensure sterile field and readiness.
• Set up instruments, equipment and suture; maintain functional back table.
• Scrub and assist with a range of cases; anticipate surgeon needs.
• Mentor RNs and techs; precept staff and students in procedures.
• Manage intra-op events calmly; communicate needs clearly.
• Assist with case turnover and dressing applications.
