Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineering Project Manager to lead planning and management of structural engineering on large data center and infrastructure projects.

You will liaison between engineering, construction operations, consultants, customers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of structural designs into project execution. This role requires strong technical judgment, leadership, and ability to balance safety, quality, schedule, and budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering with 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience managing structural scopes on large data center/infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and building support structures.
• Ability to review drawings, calculations, specs, shop drawings, BIM models, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering coordination across all project phases.
• Manage deliverables and coordinate between customers, consultants, subcontractors and construction teams.
• Review drawings, calculations, specifications, BIM models for accuracy and constructability.
• Support proposal development, scope definition and value engineering.
• Identify design risks and develop practical constructability solutions.
• Collaborate with civil, geotechnical, architectural, MEP and construction teams.
