Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Structural Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and management of structural engineering for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects. You will serve as the primary technical liaison among engineering, construction operations, consultants, and customers to ensure integration of structural designs into project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of engineering, project management, or construction experience.
• Experience managing structural scopes on data center or large infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with structural analysis software and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering coordination across all project phases.
• Manage deliverables and coordinate between customers, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Review drawings, calculations, specs, BIM models for accuracy and constructability.
• Support proposal development, scope definition, and value engineering.
• Identify design risks and pursue practical construction solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery.
