Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in structural construction projects.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of structural construction scopes for data center projects.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review drawings, schedules, and contracts to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Support procurement, constructability reviews and project execution planning.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
