Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Project Manager - MEP to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes for large-scale data center and mission-critical projects.

You will collaborate with owners, consultants, engineers, vendors, and construction teams to ensure MEP systems are designed, coordinated, procured, installed, commissioned, and turned over safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field plus 5+ years of engineering or MEP project management experience.
• Experience managing MEP scopes on data center, mission-critical, or large commercial construction projects.
• Familiarity with CAD/BIM platforms and MEP coordination, commissioning, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP engineering coordination across planning, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
• Review drawings, submittals, and technical documentation for compliance with project requirements.
• Support constructability reviews, value engineering, and technical issue resolution.
