Job summary
Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and management of structural engineering for large-scale data center projects.
You will act as the primary technical liaison among engineering, construction operations, consultants, customers, and stakeholders to ensure integration of structural designs into execution. The role requires strong technical knowledge, engineering judgment, and leadership to oversee deliverables,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering, project management, or construction experience.
- PE license preferred; EIT certification considered.
- Experience with data center or large-scale infrastructure projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead structural engineering coordination across all project phases.
- Review drawings, calculations, specs, BIM models for constructability and compliance.
- Coordinate between customers, consultants, subcontractors and field teams.
- Support proposal development, scope definition, and value engineering.
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, and budget to drive project success.
