Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. in Hubbard, TX is seeking a Structural Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and management of structural engineering for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects.

You will serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering, construction operations, consultants, customers, and stakeholders. The role requires strong technical knowledge, engineering judgment, and leadership to oversee deliverables, support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline with 5+ years of engineering, PM, or construction experience
• Experience managing structural scopes on data center or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with structural analysis, CAD/BIM software, and construction management tools (Procore preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering coordination and planning across all project phases
• Manage deliverables and coordinate between customers, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams
• Review drawings, calculations, specs, BIM models for accuracy and constructability
• Support proposal development, scope definition, and value engineering
• Identify design risks and constructability concerns; develop practical solutions
• Collaborate with civil, geotechnical, architectural, MEP, and construction teams
