Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. seeks a Structural Engineering Project Manager to lead planning and coordination of structural engineering for large-scale data center projects.

You will be the technical liaison among engineering, construction, consultants, and customers to ensure designs integrate with project execution. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and BIM models, managing design coordination, and supporting constructability and value engineering efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and 5+ years in engineering or project management.
• Experience leading structural scopes on large-scale data center or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of foundations, reinforced concrete, steel, and building support structures.
• Ability to review drawings, calculations, shop drawings, and BIM models for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering coordination and planning across project delivery phases.
• Manage deliverables and coordinate with customers, consultants, and construction teams.
• Review drawings, calculations, specs, BIM models for constructability and compliance.
• Support proposal development, estimating, and value engineering for projects.
