Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineering Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and management of structural engineering for large data center and infrastructure projects.

You will serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering, construction operations, consultants, customers, and project stakeholders. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and the ability to balance design excellence with practical construction solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering, project management, or construction experience.
• PE licensure preferred.
• Experience with data center or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering coordination across all project phases.
• Manage deliverables and coordinate with customers, consultants, and teams.
• Review drawings, calculations, BIM models for constructability and compliance.
• Support proposal development and value engineering.
• Identify design risks and develop practical solutions.
• Collaborate with civil, geotechnical, architectural, MEP, and construction teams.
