Jacobs in the Northeast region seeks a Structural Engineering Professional to perform structural analysis and design for medium-sized projects, collaborating with the structural lead and other disciplines. The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis, a PE license, and 10+ years of experience with US codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC).

Formación

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• At least 10 years of Structural Engineering experience.
• Experience with US building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC).
• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Experience designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform structural analysis and design for projects under supervision or as Lead/ Sub Lead for medium-sized projects.
• Develop design concepts and communicate structural requirements to paper and model.
• Mentor designers/drafters and junior engineers; provide technical guidance.
