The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis, a PE license, 10+ years of Structural Engineering experience, and deep knowledge of IBC/ASCE 7/ACI/AISC. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires BSCE with structural emphasis and PE license.
• 10+ years of Structural Engineering experience.
• Proficient in US building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC) and structural analysis software.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for projects under supervision.
• Develop design concepts and collaborate with designers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Lead or sub-lead on medium to large projects and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and cost‑effective work with quality control.
