Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer License (PE or PEng)
• At least 10 years of Structural Engineering experience
• Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI and AISC
• Experience with Structural Engineering analysis software, Navisworks and Bluebeam
• Experience designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design under general supervision.
• Develop design concepts, complete analysis and design, and communicate requirements to the paper and model.
• Collaborate with designers and other disciplines to ensure accurate documentation.
• Lead structural engineering tasks on medium-sized projects or support larger efforts.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
