Jacobs is seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Professional to join our Northeast US team. The role requires a strong foundation in structural analysis and design, with leadership experience and proven collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license (PE or PEng) is required.
• At least 10 years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with US building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC) is required.
• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Experience in designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform conventional structural engineering analysis and design under supervision.
• Plan and conduct work using independent judgement in evaluation and design criteria.
• Exercise engineering judgement and consult with peers when needed.
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of work.
• Lead portions of structural scope and forecast effort.
