Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role includes leading the team during shifts and absence of the Store Manager to ensure excellent service for retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and relevant certifications required.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure program execution.
• Assist in staffing, goal setting, coaching and training for team members.
• Participate in hiring, interviews and candidate evaluation with management.
• Ensure orders, returns, invoicing and transfers are processed accurately and timely.
