Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive service programs.
• Ensure staffing levels at peak hours and coach team members on goals and training.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Handle phone queries per company policy and manage orders and transfers timely.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, invoicing, and secure money handling during day end procedures.
