Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and store operations within a fast-paced retail environment. You will help lead a team, ensure excellent customer experiences, and manage daily store activities during absences or opposing shifts.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and the role emphasizes coaching, staffing, and maintaining high service levels for both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training.
• Must have Assistant Manager Certification.
• RSS Certification is required or preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise daily customer service levels and implement company programs.
• Assist in staffing, coaching, and evaluating team performance; participate in interviewing when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on scheduling, clocking in/out, and security procedures.
• Oversee store operations during Manager absence and during opposing shifts.
