• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and related programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak retail business hours and assist in scheduling.
• Assist the store manager in hiring tasks, interviews and onboarding.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee open/close duties, money handling, and security measures.
• Maintain store building, parking lot, signage, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
