On is seeking a Lead Store Advisor in Miami to elevate team performance and floor execution through functional expertise and peer coaching. You will role-model premium standards and ensure a high-performance culture is felt in every fan interaction.
Reporting to the Store Leader, you will guide the team on the 5 Steps of Service, own a pillar of expertise, and drive systems improvements, delivering a premium experience and protecting brand loyalty.
Qualificações
- 3+ years of functional experience in premium retail operations or high-volume customer-focused environments.
- Proven ability to lead projects, manage floor priorities, or mentor peers to improve performance.
- Strong understanding of service excellence and analytical problem-solving.
- Emotional intelligence and openness to new topics with curiosity.
Responsabilidades
- Model the 5 Steps of Service and coach Advisors to master the Cloud CX framework.
- Own a pillar of expertise (Customer, Experience, Store Operations, or People) to improve store systems.
- Resolve complex after-sales inquiries with empathetic, personalized solutions.
- Motivate the team and foster a culture of accountability reflecting premium positioning.
