On is seeking a Lead Store Advisor for the Miami Design District store to elevate team performance and floor execution. You will model premium standards, coach peers, and ensure a high-energy, customer-first environment that reflects our global position.

You will drive reliability in store operations, own a pillar of expertise, and guide the team through balanced feedback to sustain exceptional service and fan relationships in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of premium retail operations or high-volume, customer-focused experience.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage floor priorities, or mentor peers.
• Strong service excellence, ability to analyze information and drive improvements.
• Emotional intelligence with openness to new topics and curiosity.
• Attention to detail and passion for product storytelling in sports/fitness/fashion.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate floor flow and model 5 Steps of Service to deliver premium experiences.
• Own a pillar of expertise (Customer, Experience, Store Operations, or People) and uphold high standards.
• Resolve complex after-sales inquiries with empathetic, personalized solutions.
• Coach and motivate the team, promoting accountability and premium brand execution.
