Job summary

The candidate must be certified in Sterile Processing (CRCST or CSPDT) and proficient in English for safety communications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of sterile processing experience.
• Certified Sterile Processing technician (CRCST or CSPDT) is required.
• English language proficiency for safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs decontamination and assembling of complex trays and instruments.
• Sterilizes instruments and trays following manufacturer instructions and policies.
• Interprets surgery schedule to prioritize sterile products, trays, and case carts for OR staff.
• Maintains consistent workflow between OR and Sterile Processing and delivers customer service.
