Qualifications

• Two years of sterile processing experience.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
• Fluent in English for safety-critical communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform decontamination and assembly of complex trays.
• Sterilize instruments following manufacturer instructions.
• Prioritize sterile products according to the surgery schedule.
• Maintain continuous workflow between OR and Sterile Processing.
