Job summary
Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to transform Site Reliability Engineering with AI-powered operations and automation. You will guide multi-functional teams, drive strategic milestones for AIOps, and reduce toil across the organization while partnering with executive leaders.
You will lead cross-functional projects, deliver measurable business outcomes, and shape the automation roadmap in a remote work setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years leading projects/teams in SRE, DevOps, or automation contexts.
- Experience turning plans into delivered technology initiatives.
- Hands-on with software automation/AIOps technologies.
- Familiar with testing practices including unit testing & mocks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; decisive in ambiguity.
- Experience producing metrics, dashboards and executive updates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations and business teams.
- Driven by innovation, automation, and customer-focused improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
- Perform engineering tests to verify and validate designs.
- Support evaluation/qualification of leading-edge tech components.
- Ensure production schedules are met and specs/quality are achieved.
- Interact with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
- Advise executives on functional strategies and milestones.
- Lead small teams to advance automation footprint in SRE.
