Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect for complex Sales Performance Management engagements. You will design and lead end-to-end solutions across the SPM portfolio, translating customer strategy into scalable, Salesforce-based implementations.

You will own functional architecture and guide build, ensuring high-quality engagement outcomes. You will collaborate with Senior Architects, Consultants, and product teams in a hands-on, billable role, traveling regionally and supporting pre-sales

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on Sales Performance Management or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
• Strong analytical and business process design skills.
• Executive-level oral and written communication.
• Ability to scope, define, and manage work packages; pre-sales qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end functional solutions across the SPM suite.
• Translate business requirements into a scalable Salesforce-based solution; own functional design.
• Define blueprint, best practices, and governance of solution scope and quality.
• Mentor team members and support pre-sales activities including demos and POC development.
