Qualifications

• 8+ years in SPM, ICM, or related sales tech solutions.
• Deep functional expertise across the SPM domain.
• Translate business strategy into well-architected, scalable solutions.
• Model complex incentive and planning logic in formulas or tools.
• Strong data modeling and data quality understanding.
• Excellent executive-level communication skills.
• Based in the US or Canada with regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Define SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops for the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a Salesforce-based solution.
• Own functional design and configuration across SPM.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities including demos/POCs.
• Coordinate with Technical Architects on integrations.
• Ensure scope, quality, and governance of engagements.
