MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Walla Walla to lead restaurant operations on scheduled shifts, train new hires, and drive the MOD experience. You will role-model MOD values, deploy squads effectively, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must have demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must follow and coach others to standards; disciplined and compassionate coaching.
• Ability to stay calm in high-volume periods.
• Must obtain a food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required by law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be available to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak times.

Aufgaben

• Lead the shift to ensure a welcoming, smooth-running, clean and organized restaurant.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment, including online ordering and catering systems.
• Ensure food safety practices in back and front of house.
• Listen to squad member and guest concerns and escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling and refunds within the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to execute tasks.
• Stay informed by reading emails from Slice and other sources for the squad.
