MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in Vancouver, WA. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and ensure the MOD experience is delivered with guest satisfaction at the forefront.

Responsibilities include deploying team members effectively, maintaining standards, handling cash, inventory, and coordinating with management on program rollouts. This role emphasizes leadership, hospitality, and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow processes and coach others.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days where required.
• Proficient in written and oral communication.
• Able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Lead the shift to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and meets MOD standards.
• Train newly hired/promoted staff and support new program rollouts.
• Maintain operating systems and equipment; support online ordering and catering.
• Ensure food safety practices in Back and Front of House.
• Address squad and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift and process refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements.
• Stay informed via email for squad guidance and updates.
