• Ensures compliance with health, wage, age, ADA and other regulations.
• Leads restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Assists GM with scheduling, training, interviewing and disciplinary actions.
• Represents Firehouse Subs professionally and communicates issues to GM/Owner.
